Who is thelibrarian?
thelibrarian is a trans-female lifestyle hypnotherapist with degrees in Computer Science, Psychology, and Audio Engineering. She has created this page as a place for all to grow and learn without being held back by the confines of their own conscious mind. She knows that her technique works and would love to share it with the world.

- What are these files? These files are powerful guided meditations with positive and affirming messages.
- How does one use these audio files? For the best results, listen with noise cancelling headphones. Turn up the volume so that you can just barely hear the softer voices underneath the main mantra in audio.
- What is a subliminal and what is an induction? The key difference between them is that subliminals affect your mind passively and the inductions affect you actively. Basically, subliminals are the background TV show you throw on while you’re doing the dishes and Inductions are the audiobook you listen to on your commute. Both help bridge the gap between subconscious and conscious, but activate your mind in entirely different ways.
- In what order should these files be listened to? I would recommend listening to "Trust and Acceptance" and "Acceptance and Amnesia" before listening to other hypnotic files in order to increase the overall effectiveness of your experience. From there, I would make a playlist of any other behaviors that you might want to add to your training.
- How many times per day should one listen to a specific file? The effects are somewhat noticeable after listening for the full length of the file (~30 min). I have heard great reviews from girls listening on loop as they go to sleep as well.
- Does looping increase effectiveness? Yes, but the best way to increase effectiveness is consistency over an extended period of time.
- How long a period should the files be listened to before the effects take hold/become permanent? That question is a little trickier. The answer is, it depends. Meditation and self-improvement is all about creating habits and pushing the limits of what you're willing to do for yourself. If you're not willing to act on the suggestions in the training files, those habits will never get formed and you'll be in the same place you started. Like anything you do to improve yourself, the only way to strengthen the effects are time and effort. It's up to me to remind you that being a woman is something you've always wanted. It's up to you to go out into the world and be the best sissy slut you can be.
- Do you have any tips for a person just starting transition? Everyone’s journey and body is their own and what works for one person may work in a completely different way for another. I have written a guide that covers herbal supplements, diet, exercise, and vocal training.

Disclaimers aside, permanent effects from these files have been seen to take effect in as little as a few months. I would recommend listening to the files that you feel represent a roadblock in your journey to becoming a woman. Love wearing dresses, but having trouble going out in public? Listen to "Mindset - Confidence" to give yourself a boost of sissy energy right when you need it.
